I'll never forget the night I tried poutine for the first time. It was a chilly evening in Canada, snowflakes gently falling. I stumbled upon this cozy diner.

 That's when I saw it: a plate of fries smothered in cheese curds and gravy. I was like, "What is this magic?" And let me tell you, it was love at first bite!
